Nathaniel Hargraves is not a certified personal trainer, but an engineer.

He completed five years of university followed by a job that entails a lot of field work, and as a result, spends a lot of days living in a camp opposed to the luxury of his own home. A strange introduction for someone – an engineer – offering fitness advice, rather than a certified personal trainer. However, this is exactly the foundation that gives Nate and Life Habits Fitness the opportunity to help you.

Working a full-time job that often requires sitting at a desk for the duration of the week, or spending long days working in the field, Nate has always managed to make his health and fitness a priority. Achieving his physical and health goals, Nate never used a personal trainer or consulted one for fitness advice. Instead, the life he lives is like many of yours: maintaining a full-time job that can be demanding, a social life that keeps him busy each week, with other hobbies outside of the gym too. Nate, however, would rather base his workouts and meals around his life and the way he wants to live it, than the other way around.

“I created Life Habits Fitness based on the concept that you can achieve your fitness goals while balancing a social life, work, or any other life event that could come up.”

“My job is not to live in the gym, workout, look good, and advertise my physique. My primary job has me either putting in 40 hours a week sitting at a computer, or 12-15 hour days in the field.”

The Life Habits Fitness nutrition and workout methodology is meant to adapt to your lifestyle by focusing on and applying the main concepts that govern muscle and strength gain, and fat loss. These concepts can be universally applied to anyone, no matter the fitness goal. Nate has followed the Life Habits Fitness core philosophies for years, and to this day, continues to experience progress.
