“I self-describe as pre-mid life. I’m still young and want to enjoy life. I want to build a body that reflects my values: efficient, caring, hardworking. Prior to discovering Life Habits Fitness, I had been doing resistance training for years. Through dark and cold winters, I’d be at the gym before 7AM every weekday morning. I felt lost at the gym.
